Mokan Labs, LLC sends patient statements based on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) provided by your insurance after your claim has been processed. Your insurance provider will send you a copy of your EOB (Please note this is NOT a bill) letting you know that Mokan Labs, LLC has filed a claim on your behalf, what it was for, whether it was approved, and for how much.

Yes. If you do not have insurance, you can pay for tests directly at the cash pay rate by calling Mokan Labs' Client Services team.
No, an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is NOT a bill. This is an explanation from your insurer informing you of the amount it will pay for services and if you have any balance remaining, which is your responsibility.

Final results will be available in the provider's portal typically within 24 to 48 hours after the specimen is received at our laboratory.
Patient testing results will be uploaded into the healthcare provider's portal who ordered the test.
